STORYBOARDING
Pool Safety Course
This is an excerpt of a pool safety course storyboard that I prepared. I was provided with all the necessary content and was tasked with designing the e-learning for the developers to work with. The biggest issue I faced was not having design software like Adobe XD at the time and having run out of drawing materials and with a quick deadline, I resorted to using my niece's lined paper and crayons and I got the job done on time with great feedback.
TRAINING NEEDS ASSESSMENT
Purrfect Customer Service
Access the PDF here. I conducted this TNA as part of my Master's at Full Sail. I had a fictional customer, "Purrfectionary" and a case study about what their situation was. I concluded that a training intervention was necessary to grow the quality of their customer service. The trickiest part was finding a SME and I ultimately referred to services like Salesforce and Zendesk. I used these to assess what customers are looking for in a shopping experience and contrast my findings with Purrfectionary's current state in order to draft a desired state and objectives to achieve it.
LESSON PLANNING
English Literature Lessons
These are English literature lesson plans that I prepared for secondary students. These reflect the different stages of the ADDIE model. I analyzed the national standards and how much intervention my students needed in order to meet the standards. I designed and developed engaging and interactive lessons that challenged the students' reading comprehension. I implemented the lessons with great success across all levels; some didn't quite go as planned but they were still effective and well-received. In the photo above, the "Comentarios" section includes a personal evaluation as to the effectiveness of the lessons and areas of improvement.
